晚上 10 点左右和 15 点左右吃了 2 块腿餐和青豆。我注意到鸡肉有咸味，但一直在吃东西。大约 30 分钟后，我感觉肚子里有一个抽筋，使我弯腰。我变得太热了一个 sundden。我脱掉衣服然后吟。我感到恶心和头痛。然后我经历了呕吐大约 8 分钟。食物退出后，我的胃有所缓解，但喉咙干燥和头痛依然存在。考虑打电话给救护车。

Went to the Costco food court with my family this evening. Ordered pizza slices for the kids, chicken bake for wife, and hot dog for myself. I had the Burrito Bowl with carnitas, pinto beans, white rice, veggies, tomato salsa, red chilli salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream.

I had the food around 6 pm. Felt neaseous and stomach ache around 10pm-2am and could sleep. Then had massive diarrhea followed by puking around… 更多
