My husband and I ate same food all day; had lunch from Chipotle. Both had chicken bowls, but his had cheese in it and he had chips that I did not have. Was vomiting and had diarrhea all night. Never seen him this sick. Fever throughout the night and now the following day. Reported to the store.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

香肠火腿培根羊角面包。大约是 2017 年 11 月 18 日星期六上午 10 点左右。我和我的男朋友经过开车穿越，进去要求重新制作三明治，因为一个三明治制作不正确，另外两个没有我们想要的那么多火腿。目睹经理在没有专业精神的情况下说负面话，问客户为什么想要重制三明治，不知道我们是有问题的客户站在她面前。经理有态度，我们非常怀疑故意参与，因为她封锁了通常可以看到工人制作三明治的区域长达 15 秒钟。我和我的男朋友都无法控制地呕吐，感觉非常头晕，可能很快就会去 ER 检查以确保我们安全。

Ordered and ate the BEC burger with fries at around 9pm Wednesday 11/15. Woke up feeling nauseous by 3:30am with some light diarrhea, began vomitting at 6:30am. Was unable to keep fluids down for the better part of 11/17. No longer vomitting, but still passing a liquid… 更多
