晚上 8 点左右订购了薄皮奶酪披萨。午夜左右醒来呕吐并出现腹泻。从那以后的 12 个小时里，我仍然有同样的症状。低度发烧（99.5/100 之间）。胃有很强的抽筋不会消失。不知道这是不是食物毒药，但昨晚午夜之前我感觉还不错。还没听说工作中有胃虫四处走动，我的家人也没生病。？？？

Started with nausea a little over 24 hours from when I first had the food. Led to vomiting off and on for nearly 24 hours. Spoke with 3 other people who ate the food with me and they were/are also sick.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ate chipotle on saturday July 22nd. I ordered a bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, fajitas, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. 4 or 5 hours after eating it I became nauseous. I had violent vomiting and diarrhea for the next 24 hours. 2 days later… 更多

I got sick after eating chipotle on the night of July 14th. I started to feel sick at around 6-7:00PM the following night.
I had diarrhea and was vomiting for most of the rest of the weekend, Monday and most of Tuesday  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
