7 月 5 日星期一下午 12:30。用玉米、中等莎莎、奶酪、鳄梨酱和生菜吃鸡碗。那天早上吃了一个普通的百吉饼，前一天晚上在家里吃了带番茄酱的意大利面-这两者似乎都不是罪魁祸首。呕吐和恶心从下午 4 点左右开始，今天仍在持续，腹泻和寒战。昨天去看医生，因为几乎不能把水停下来。现在慢慢地加入 Gatorade 来保持液体上涨。在防痉挛药物上。

I at here on Sunday evening, December 17th, and because very ill. I spend the night and early next day in agony. I missed work on Monday. I used to eat at this location at least twice a week.

Ate burrito bowl half chicken half steak on Saturday, around 5 pm. Woke up at 130am started to uncontrollably vomit. Diarrhea began around 3 am, brown and watery, unstoppable. Lasted about 4 hrs until everything was out of me. Went to the doc to get control of nausea. Worst experience ever.
