我星期五（2017 年 7 月 14 日）在这家 Chipotle 吃过饭，周六（2017 年 7 月 15 日）晚上突然病倒，同时呕吐和腹泻。然后发烧开始伴随着我胃的抽筋。在将近 8 个小时之后，我甚至无法压住水，我非常脱水，去了我的 Kaiser 紧急护理中心接受医疗救助。为了补充水分的目的，我得到了静脉注射，还给了我抑制恶心的药物。直到周二（2017 年 7 月 18 日）我才开始感觉好些。老实说，我不确定自己在哪里生病以及如何生病，直到我看到许多关于其他人在同一天在同一个 Chipotle 吃过饭的新闻报道，他们一天后都有相同的症状。我喜欢 Chipotle，是这个地方的常客。不幸的是，我不会回去了。我吃了什么？墨西哥卷饼碗配双鸡、糙米、Pico、辣酱、玉米、奶酪和生菜。

Ate there Friday evening, 7/14/17 between 6-7pm. Ordered Steak salad. By Saturday night was experiencing stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea thru 7/17/17.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Went on Saturday, July 15th, around 8:30pm. I had a chicken chimichanga, and so did my boyfriend. Within 90mins I was in the bathroom throwing up. He was hit w/diarrhea, which didn't not let up until the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
