我和朋友上周四在这里吃了午饭。我们吃的唯一常见的东西是面包和黄油。我们俩都从酒吧喝了一杯伏特加鸡尾酒。周一下午我们俩都开始出现身体疼痛、头痛、腹泻和恶心，那天晚上和周二早上都变得非常糟糕。身体疼痛开始慢慢消退，周二下午的恶心也开始消退，但是我们俩仍然有轻微的疼痛和严重的腹泻，现在是星期三晚上。听起来不像是食物中毒，但我们以某种方式受到了这家机构可能产生的某些东西的影响。

I had biscuits and mushroom gravy from biscuit bitch in Seattle. Got sick with bad food poisoning. Suffered all night with diarrhoea and vomiting. It was just me. Three hours from the time I had food. The worst part was I was in a bus travelling back home.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
