晚餐时我吃了胡桃南瓜汤和智利酸橙鸡肉沙拉。第二天早上醒来，严重的腹泻和寒战持续了整个上午，直到下午晚些时候才消退。我们的女儿还抱怨当晚吃了鸡肉面条汤后肚子不好，但是她似乎没有像我这样严重的症状。我最终在家工作是因为我连续每3-5分钟跑到厕所三个小时。

I was the only one in my group that ate a brat at section 129 (not sure what it was called) concessions. I have been vomiting nausea diarrhea and a temp of 102. I ordered a Chipotle chicken grilled around 4pm, half way through I noticed the chicken was raw and threw my food away and left. Now I am very nauseous and have been having diarrhea and throwing up for about an hour. Along with bad intestinal cramping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
