I ate at 5his establishment at 1130 on February 2nd. Not thinking twice when the food tasted funny, I proceeded to go back to work. Around 520 I started vomitting. I proceeded to vomit around 8 more times throught the night. I'll never be coming back to Mc Donalds  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I had the bowl with chow mein and firecracker chicken. I had one bite of my friend's shrimp entree as well. Stomach ache within 3-4 hours of eating, nausea and loose stools still occuring 15 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
