今晚我和妻子一起从威斯康星州奥纳拉斯卡的 Olive Garden 订购了外卖。我有五个奶酪 ziti（如果我们从这里订购，我通常会这样做）。在进食后3小时或更短的时间内，我病得很重。严重的抽筋、恶心和 diahrrea！过去我曾经发生过这种情况。我查了一下营养成分，光是钠含量就可能毒害一个人！服务不安全。我希望早上过去，否则我会去看医生。我已经耗尽了。:/

This is wasn't the first time I got sick from Panera, but it will certainly be the last. I ordered a You-Pick-2: Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken and a Broccoli Cheddar Soup with a baguette. Only 10 minutes after finishing eating, my stomach was emitting audible… 更多

我在晚上 6:30-7:30 之间吃了一个大型的奥利奥暴雪。我吃完之后没事，但是在凌晨 2 点半左右，我无法入睡。天气很热。我感觉恶心，然后我呕吐了大约两次。我以为已经结束了，所以我想回去睡觉。我开始抽筋真的很糟糕，所以我回到了洗手间。到这个时候我已经汗湿透了，颤抖着，令人难以置信的头晕，我几乎无法坐起来。抽筋开始受到如此严重的伤害，以至于我 curl 缩在厕所旁边地板上的胎儿位置。到这个时候，大约是凌晨 3 点 15 分。最后，我开始得了 dirrehea，抽筋得到了缓解。我设法在凌晨 4 点 20 分回去睡觉。现在是第二天早上。我的胃不安，我害怕吃任何东西。和我在一起吃冰淇淋的另外三个人也有腹泻。我是唯一一个呕吐并且症状最严重的人。

Went out for date night with my fiance and took her son. I'm the only one that got sick. Thank god. I had a small wing and onion wings. And we all split a order of ccq. Probably like 30 mins after dinner my guts start rocking And rolling. Haven't left the bathroom since  | 症状: 腹泻
