Husband bought us breakfast sandwiches at 6:30 AM Mon March 19 at the McDonald's in PGH Pittsburgh PA airport. His was bacon egg cheese bagel, mine was egg McMuffin. We felt great beforehand, and it was the only thing we ate.

I had bacon ranch quesadilla around 7 pm. I have been sick all night. Managed to throw up eveything at 430am and besides whatever food made it past the stomach. I feel better loads better since throwing up. Still having diarrhea. Currently drinking water to replinish fluids.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在星巴克唯一吃的三明治是培根 Gouda，正好在我出现剧烈的胃痉挛和腹泻八个小时之后。TMI 对不起。我总是害怕再次订购，但我总觉得这个简单的三明治不可能对我这样做。但是今天之后我放弃了。这个三明治在我吃完之后每八点左右都会让我胃部恶心。这将是第六次发生这种情况。我再也不会吃东西了。
