We eat at chipotle in Saugus MA around 2pm and now 8pm I felling very sick. Nausea and diarrea. I eat at chipotle once or two every month. I had a Barbacoa burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. A few hours after eating it is had diarrhea and then began vomiting profusely. This continued consistently about every 2 hours or so for the next 15 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
