My husband and I both got sick with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea after consuming food from Taco Bell. We had the bean burrito, XXL need burrito, chicken chalupa supreme, and nachos supreme. It was just me. I ordered a chalupa meal that has 1 beef taco and 2 beef chalupa. They all had lettuce on them. I ate at 7pm. Upset stomach and nausea started at around 12:30 am. Vomiting started at 4:30 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the beef chalupa for lunch and a hard shell beef taco with only lettuce and cheese around 12:30pm on November 30th 2018. I got very sick around 6:00 that same night and it lasted all night. This was the only thing I ate all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
