我今天下午 5 点左右吃了一个汉堡，当我半途过的时候变得非常恶心而且感觉虚弱。自从我吃了汉堡以来，我在晚上 10 点至晚上 11 点之间呕吐了 3 次，腹泻严重，一直持续到午夜。我姐姐还买了培根芝士汉堡，腹泻了几个小时。

On Saturday night I got a little cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup, as well as some fries. At about 10 o clock I threw up everything.
