2016 年 6 月 7 日，我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜，还有 Chipotle 的薯条和辣酱。食用后不久
食物，我开始经历极度的腹痛和恶心，这需要
我去寻求广泛的医疗照顾和治疗。官方的诊断是我
感染了细菌性肠胃炎。因为这个原因，我已经失业了 3 个多星期，在医院里待了整整一个星期的静脉注射。

这是在6月中旬左右。我吃了鸡肉卷饼和薯条。在我离开 PSU 附近的地点大约 30 分钟后，我因胃痛和急需找厕所而受到打击。自早餐以来，墨西哥卷饼是我整天唯一吃过的东西，在这次事件发生之前我感觉还不错。值得庆幸的是，第二天我又感觉不错，但我不会再回到任何 Chipotle 了。

I got a chicken burrito with hot salsa, rice, and cheese. And it was super good! But ever since I have not been able to hold anything down, or it comes out violently. My fever has been consistent for 5+ days now and the only thing that helps is extra strength Tylenol.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
