7 月 15 日星期六下午 6 点左右，我在 Chipotle 吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有黑豆、糙米、玉米、莎莎酱、奶酪和生菜。星期一晚上 11 点左右。我开始有严重的胃痛，到凌晨 3 点，腹泻不停。到星期二早上我也发烧了。周二晚上腹泻停止了，当时发烧也爆发了。现在（星期三）我虚弱又累，没有食欲。

吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面放着糙米，鸡肉，玉米，酸奶油，番茄，生菜和高加索。7 月 15 日星期六中午左右。周六晚上开始感到恶心，周日下午开始感到恶心。呕吐，胃痛不好，头晕，第二天跑步，虚弱，差点消失了几次。我已经下降了 3 天！

我于 7/16 在帕索罗布尔斯的奇普托尔吃饭。吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有糙米，黑豆，奶酪，酸奶油和中热的莎莎酱。我在进食后一小时内就开始喝汽油，然后一直持续到晚上。我第二天早上 6 点醒来，腹泻和呕吐持续了昨天大部分时间。我今天错过了工作高音扬声器。我几个小时前才第一次吃东西，但还是感觉不到 100％
