星期天晚上我从这个墨西哥辣椒里吃了一个鸡肉卷饼。星期一我开始感觉有点不舒服。有些腹胀、抽筋等。到星期二早上，我已经无法控制地呕吐了，有腹泻、虚弱、疼痛和 102 华氏度的发烧。我今天（星期二）不得不错过工作，可能还有本周剩下的时间才能康复。自那卷饼以来我根本没吃过太多东西，所以我认为不可能是其他任何东西。我妻子有一个肉碗，很好，所以也许是鸡肉。

My fiancé had a chicken burrito and I had a steak burrito and a couple hours later we were both vomiting and had severe diarrhea followed by stomach cramping and a fever. It is now the next day and we are still very sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
