星期五中午吃了鸡肉卷饼碗。周五晚上很恶心，抽筋不好。腹泻和呕吐从星期六凌晨 3 点左右开始。身体疼痛和 100 度发烧。持续一整天直到周日。什么也没吃。只喝了水。今天星期一又出现腹泻和抽筋。
