晚上 8 点左右我们去了麦当劳，我们认出这两个工人是高中的学生，我们点了鸡块和薯条，掘金很软，感觉没煮过，炸薯条很旧，我们还点了 mcflurrys，他们只把它装满了一半，所以总的来说服务太差了，现在我的朋友有一个头痛和发烧她的身体和胃都疼而且她发冷了

我总是在 Chic-fil-A 吃饭，但是上周四我从来没有把烤鸡块和一些美味的蜂蜜芥末酱一起吃过。这是我那天整天唯一吃的东西。我在 10:30 左右吃了。大约在 4:30，我开始感到胃部不适。我回家了，腹泻非常严重，然后立即开始把所有食物从胃里吐出来。接下来的 12 个小时左右我有腹泻。我决定下周去学校，只是因为我拒绝吃饭而没有呕吐。整个星期五我都感到非常虚弱、脱水、恶心和生病。从那以后我确实感觉好多了，但是从那以后一直有消化问题，过去 5 天一直无法吃完饭而不会感到不适。
