其他症状：下班后 @ 1:30am-腹泻、恶心、发冷、出汗过多、食欲不振、胃痉挛剧烈、腿部无力。第二天-腹泻、身体肌肉酸痛、颈部疼痛和僵硬。

吃过的食物：午餐-纳帕杏仁鸡肉沙拉三明治

那天我唯一吃的其他食物是早上自制的花生酱和果冻吐司。我可以排除这是生病的原因，因为我每天早上都吃这个作为早餐。
