我的妻子和女儿通过 Door Dash 订购 BW3 后生病了。吃了上面有鸡肉的沙拉，还有鸡肉条、薯条、苹果和奶酪。妻子在 6-7 小时后醒来时出现弹丸呕吐、疼痛、发冷、diahrea；比典型病毒更猛烈。女儿没那么严重但相似。大约 12 小时后，两人都感觉好多了。
