我在 4 月 22 日星期一中午 12 点左右吃了我吃了一顿辛格汉堡餐，鸡肉看起来不错而且不是粉红色的，但是质地很坚硬，不像普通的肯德基鸡肉，味道也不新鲜，但是我咬了几口之后就把它扔掉了然后大约 4 小时后我回家了，我开始感到恶心一次巨大的胃痉挛那时我跑到厕所完成了我的生意但什么也没想到然后大约十分钟后发生了同样的事情但是这次我开始猛烈呕吐时坐在马桶上，从那以后我一直是这样
