我在上午 250 点左右，早上 7 点 30 分左右购买了 10 块鸡块和一个中度鱼苗，因为腹泻醒来并感到恶心，上午 10 点左右开始变得极度疲劳，变得非常疲劳，变得非常脱水，无法保持任何液体下降，一天中每隔一小时就会呕吐一次，然后继续也变得冷热。对这个糟糕的食物链感到非常失望和厌恶，夜班工人和炊具应该被解雇，并强制他们上课，如果他们打算再次使用食物，他们如何变得干净。我一生中从来没有从这家恶心的餐厅订购。

My boyfriend and I dined at Chipotle yesterday for lunch and about 2am my man was very sick, vomiting, diarrhea and has been sick the following day. He had Steak burrito and I had a chicken bowl. He added veggies and guacamole, which I did not have! No more Chipotle for us!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚从爸爸约翰那里订购了一个半大的披萨。我的一半披萨是鸡肉、菠菜和甜椒。另一半是香肠、甜椒和洋葱。晚上 10 点吃了我一半的两片，凌晨 2 点 27 分起来有腹泻和呕吐只是我。我吃了披萨四个小时后生病了。症状持续了 13 个小时。我目前很虚弱而且缺乏液体。

2019 年 4 月 13 日（星期六）我中午左右吃了我的孩子和我在那里有大的法国人。我的孩子们也吃了鸡块晚些时候，大约 5 我的孩子们开始抱怨胃痛，然后在一个小时内就开始扔了。他们坚持不要吃晚餐，我同意的那天晚上。第二天清晨，我得到胃痛和扔也。我最终在医院，因为我怀孕了，有人告诉我食物中毒。我问他们检查我的孩子，因为他们有相同的症状，他们都被诊断为食物中毒也.

4/10/2019 ate McDonald’s around 9pm with my two toddlers. They had happy meals a chicken nugget, and cheeseburger meal. And I had 2 McChickens the next day I woke up feeling horrible and tired. Couldn’t do much and lost my appetite. Stayed sick for 3 or 4 days  | 症状: 腹泻
