我的孩子在晚上 7 点左右吃了，她订购了带有软炸玉米饼壳、白米饭、鸡肉和奶酪的孩子炸玉米饼。她还吃了他们的奶酪玉米饼的 1 片。之后她感觉真的很恶心。她呕吐了 7 -8 次，腹泻 5 次。她已经受了 3 天的痛苦。她患有最严重的头痛、头晕、发烧、恶心和胃痛。她几乎不能喝或吃任何东西，甚至是汤。她看起来真的很瘦又恶心！

I ate chicken nuggets and fries ,I started getting nauseas the next day in the morning,I’ve been vomiting back and forth for about a day and a half ! I’m pretty sure it was the chicken because pieces of raw chicken were in the vomit  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Sunday Dec 30 2018. Ordered the Philly sliders with chicken fingers. Ate one slider 1 finger and some fries. 20 min later got sick and had to make several trips to the bathroom. It was the only thing I had to eat all day. Got home and still had to keep going to the bathroom  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
