I ordered the country fried chicken meal and it tasted normal and everything.
I got home and had an upset stomach the next day Also a fever followed by nausea and clammy hands

2017 年 7 月 8 日星期日晚上 6 点 45 分左右，我去了洛根餐厅。那是我那天吃的唯一一顿饭... 我吃了整顿鸡肉饭配烤土豆沙拉和面包卷。那天晚上大约午夜那时我醒来时胃痉挛呕吐发烧腹泻恶心。我打电话给公司道歉后没人做任何事情给我回电话或者什么都没做。

Flying Madrid (MAD) to Newark (EWR). Took off 11:35 AM 7/10/18. Flight UA 50. Served chicken curry during flight. Few hours later begin to feel sick. Feel terrible getting off plane and moving to connecting flight. Vomit in EWR bathroom. Still feel awful about to board connecting flight.  | 症状: 呕吐
