I ate a chicken bowl last night. I went in around 9:30 pm on Wednesday, April 11th and got home to eat around 10:00 pm. The symptoms started around 1:00 am and kept me up all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

4 月 10 日晚上 8 点左右吃沙拉，包括鸡肉、黑豆、糙米、温和的莎莎酱和奶酪以及薯条和鳄梨调味酱。在接下来的几个小时内感觉不舒服，在午夜左右上床睡觉醒来，我以为是胃灼热，然后呕吐开始持续到第二天早上 7:30，两者之间有腹泻发作。然后发烧、身体疼痛和全身疼痛一直持续到周二晚上 6 点左右。星期三我仍然虚弱，有胃肌痉挛但没有发烧。
