So I went to the food truck and bought the clam chowder after a few hours I began vomiting profusely I vomited until I blacked out woke up and now I can't retain any fluids I even drank water and vomited I plan to go to the doctor in the morning  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
