I went out to eat with 3 of my friends March 17th at 8:30 pm and we all had the fettuccine alfredo. Later, around 3 am we all started having cramps and felt like we were going to throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate fettuccine alfredo and a salad and half hour later I feel sick then I'm having diarrhea and vomiting alot I've ate there many times and never got sick. I'm guessing it was the salad cause my husband had the Alfredo to and so far he's fine but I had the salad he had soup.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
