我在 7 月 4 日在这家麦当劳吃过饭，7 月 7 日在往返家庭团聚的路上又吃过饭。两次我都吃了 Filet-O-Fish 三明治和配菜沙拉。7 月 9 日我醒来时感到疼痛。它从那里发展为疼痛、发冷、恶心，但没有呕吐、极度腹泻和疲劳。在我听说该国其他地区的沙拉疑似食物中毒之前，我以为自己得了严重的胃流感。我之所以报告此事，是因为担心这种情况可能比目前已知的更为普遍。我已经稳定了 3 天，现在又开始有胃口了。这不好玩！

下午 2 点吃了菲力鱼作午餐。尝起来有点滑稽，但是没想太多了，因为我已经有一段时间没有麦当劳了。到下午 6 点我已经失去了所有的食欲，到晚上 10 点，恶心和胃痉挛开始了。在洗手间里待了最后一个小时，最初感觉就像死亡一样温暖了（腹泻时发烧/满头大汗）。在 “清理自己” 之后，终于开始感觉好一点（仍然很糟糕和虚弱）。

18 年 6 月 23 日下午 4 点左右，我丈夫吃了双层芝士汉堡和热狗 5 美元的午餐和一个鸡肉菲力三明治。几个小时之内他就出现了恶心和腹泻。第二天，他变得更糟了。胃痉挛、腹泻、恶心和皮肤湿滑。幸运的是没有呕吐。到18年6月27日，他又能吃东西了。
