I had the meatballs with gravy, broccoli and mash potatoes. Within 20!minutes of the meal I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. I had nausea and body aches for two days and as of this writing I am still experiencing diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 身体疼痛

Honey Fried Chicken (had chicken, and mash potatoes with gravy) on June 30, 2019 at around 6pm, I felt the pain today July 1, 2019, at around 10 am. 我的父母出去吃晚饭，给我订购了一份 To-Go 的乡村炸牛排，然后在一小时之内就把它送给我上班了。虽然有点冷，但我把它和肉汁一起加热了，然后在下午 6 点 30 分左右吃掉了。第二天早上 8 点半，我醒来上班然后起床，立刻感到恶心，然后在浴室里呕吐了大约 10 分钟。病情消退了，我去工作只是为了在上午 10 点半左右腹泻。这是在我意识到这可能是食物中毒或某种虫子之前，但是我接着加热了剩下的乡村炸牛排和肉汁，然后大约 8 小时后我又出现了胃痛、恶心和腹泻的症状。我并没有完全归咎于这种情况，因为我确信这可能是其他因素造成的，但我只是想报告一下以防万一。

星期一（5/27）吃了鸡肉招标书、薯条、肉汁和卷。一条鸡带有黑色的静脉，我以为是黑肉。我在一个小时内感到腹痛，饭后 8 小时内出现了发烧、头晕、腹泻和全身疼痛。饭前 16 小时我没有任何食物，直到饭后 23-24 小时我才能吃东西。症状持续到第二天，并在食用食物后 48 小时内消失。

I ordered yesterday around 5pm. Chicken strips, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, a biscuit and finger licking good sauce, Took about 3 to 4 hrs to feel nausea and the diarrhea started then I threw up around midnight and have had diarrhea since  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
