Went to buy a 5 for 5$ at Krystal's on fort Campbell Blvd. I haven't been able to keep anything down I threw up every single bit of the food including the diced onions the put on the hamburger  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

6 月 23 日星期四 6 点左右我在这个地方吃了一个奶酪汉堡。我问他们什么会很快，一个年轻人说要么是热狗，要么是汉堡包，但是一位老太太说热狗不好，他们必须把它们扔掉。我的航班在安克雷奇 Ak 结束，在我们降落前大约一个小时我开始感到恶心，降落后我要做的第一件事就是去洗手间。当我回到家时，我不得不再次去洗手间，从那以后我大约每两个小时去洗手间一次。那时我呕吐了两次，感到头晕、恶心和虚弱。这已经持续了四天了，我今天要去看医生。

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery from papa johns pizza. One of the pizzas was a new hamburger pizza and the other was 3 topping, chicken, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon pizza. We ate the food at around 6:30pm and my daughter ate only from the 3 topping… 更多

Tuesday May 21, 2016 I tried their new Medertraian Salad and a hamburger at about 8pm. By 2am I was vomiting every 30-60 minutes until noon until the ambulance came to get me. I was severely dehydrated and though it's been round the clicks meds for 72 hours, I'm still sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
