到目前为止，我有四次排便纯净水，呕吐了两次。发烧/发烧发冷/肯定是沙门氏菌。把整个汉堡包扔掉然后什么都没剩的时候一直扔掉。所有这些都在几个小时之内，今天除了我早上的咖啡之外什么也没吃，没别的其他原因，我现在害怕去任何地方，如果我没有改善就去急诊室。

On May 14th, we brought in lunch for the office and ate cheeseburgers, hamburger and fries. All 3 of us got started feeling sick the next day around 12:00 pm or so.
