My girlfriend and I are there last night between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. They were out of beef for their Mexican pizza so they had to substitute chicken. Within hours my girlfriend and I were vomiting uncontrollably and it hasn't stopped since last night. We're both feverish and in immense pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

Not sure alcohol or food but it’s been a week. , I landed in Mexico with my sister and went to the resort. We are at the Mexican buffet at resort and drank tequila. It’s been a week and the meds are just starting to work so I can eat solid food again.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
