我在 2017 年 8 月 8 日星期二晚上 8 点吃了香肠卷饼，里面有平托和黑豆，奶酪，绿酱，酸奶油和糙米。晚上我很生气，只是以为这与墨西哥食物的领土有关。第二天早上，我的腹部出现了剧烈的疼痛，随后出现了爆炸性腹泻。我很恶心，不得不离开工作回家睡觉，在那里我非常痛苦，在 48 小时内起床大概 8-10 次，同时消耗大量的水来保持水分。从来没有吐过，但与那种令人眼花 and 乱和恶心的感觉相去甚远。我从来没有这么多的腹泻，而且速度如此之高。错过了两天的工作时间，现在大便非常松动，还有残留的疼痛。如果有这样的选择，我可能还会去看医生确认检查和可能的治疗方法。还要去商店和卫生部门报告。

2017 年 7 月 23 日下午 1 点 30 分左右，我为自己订购了墨西哥披萨组合，给丈夫订购了 chalupa 餐，给女儿订购了软炸玉米饼。我把食物放在保温袋里，开车回家5分钟。当每个人都开始挖掘时，我们意识到我们的食物充其量只能是室温。我吃了我的 2 个炸玉米饼，丈夫是 chalupa，女儿是她的炸玉米饼。我的墨西哥披萨实际上很冷，奶酪几乎没有融化，所以我甚至没吃过。我们三个人都受到了逐渐恶心，然后是胃痛的打击，最终导致凌晨 4 点（饭后 12 小时）出现严重腹泻。这些场所需要确保每位员工都获得处理食物的许可证（食品处理人员许可证）。任何老 Joe 的打击都可以通过几天的训练找到工作，仅此而已。我们的生命掌握在他们手中。这些员工中的大多数都在那里领取薪水，他们可能不太关心质量控制或是否让某人生病。我们很幸运情况并没有更糟。
