Woke up this morning throwing up, diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, fever and speech/vision issue

如果有 5 美元的玉米片薯条盒，是玉米片薯条，结实的 5 层墨西哥卷饼，一个小时后开始头痛，变成了非常糟糕的胃痉挛，恶心和腹泻。前几天（3 月 1 日），在消耗了不到一半的亲戚玉米片薯条贝尔格兰德之后，发生了同样的事情。

Keep going to bathroom with diarrhea and liquids shooting out fast, my boyfriend is on his 4th time throwing up and has bad diarrhea. I had gottel 2 tacos, 1 nacho and 1 ranch & the griller with red fritos & my girlfriend had gotten the mash potato bowl, and also nacho fries. A couple hours later were burping a bad taste pretty often and so it comes down to the point of me vommiting and feeling way better afterwards .  | 症状: 呕吐, Burping

吃了玉米片薯条、切西大米和豆卷饼、切碎的迷你鸡肉墨西哥玉米饼、crunch wrap supreme 已经多次在洗手间里了，截至现在凌晨 4 点 43 分，实际上是今天早些时候出事了我前面有人生病了我 5 岁的儿子，我让他走了他被抱怨关于抽筋，我的另外两个男孩选择在街对面吃麦当劳，相反，他们是 8 岁和 7 岁我在女朋友喂我儿子的时候走过街对面，他们很好，女朋友刚才说她整天都在抽筋就是这样

昨晚订购了玉米片薯条和牛排炸玉米饼。2 小时后开始感到恶心，然后我晚上呕吐，腹泻不好至今仍在发生。胃痉挛太可怕了，我的疼痛耐受性很高。一夜之间开始短暂地发低烧。今天我的身体感觉非常虚弱，每次都在努力喝太多，但是已经脱水了。
