Drive threw for lunch about 12:00. Ate a whopper and onion rings (burger was cold). Went back to work and started feeling nauseous an hour after eating. Left early from work due to the fact of feeling sick. About 6pm started throwing up and then diarrhea ever since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

有培根三重汉堡和梅奥，还有薯条。6 小时后变得有点恶心，然后一个小时后剧烈呕吐，头痛严重。即使在晚上剩下的时间感冒寒战和发烧抽筋之后，也会持续恶心。第二天恶心好多了，但是整天都很不舒服，然后 36 小时后凌晨 4 点出现了我多年来最糟糕的 Diarrea。无法证明三明治让我恶心，但我怀疑是他们穿上的蛋黄酱，尽管我只说生菜泡菜和洋葱。

Had the French onion soup, wedge salad and strawberry lemonaid. As soon as I got home I started with the nausea and watery, explosive diarrhea, and then at 2 am I started vomiting. I can't eat anything solid today and feel like road kill. Still have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered the original tacos, curly fries, and onion rings. The guy at the window had dirty hands it looked like. Started eating the tacos.
