我在下午 1 点左右去了这整个食物。吃了大蒜西兰花、香菜酸橙饭、烧烤鸡、煮鸡蛋、土豆泥、混合绿色沙拉。

我回家去睡觉了醒来时肚子疼得很厉害。扔了两次，然后得到了 diareah。胃痛持续。这是我今天唯一的一餐。6/14/18  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

We bought cucumbers, salad mix, tomato, and had a trader Joe's falafel mix. I think it was the salad mix, because they had caution tape on the frozen foods (like maybe the refrigerator had broken). However, they did not have tape guarding produce though. Hopefully they have… 更多

had the sashimi salad. it smelled a bit odd but was covered in a lot of dressing and sauce. two hours later i began experiencing horrible cramps and nausea, was up all night going to the bathroom and am still sick with fever approx 16 hrs later!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

On June 1 at around 5:30 PM I got a grilled chicken southwest salad at the Chino Valley Arizona McDonald’s. I ate half of it. Then at two in the morning I woke up with 101° fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea which lasted over 48 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
