我是注册参与者，在一个小圆面包上吃了免费的热狗，里面有一片泡菜，一勺土豆沙拉和一杯黑麦当劳咖啡。3 小时后，腹胀和恶心开始了。其次是严重的腹部抽筋和呕吐。接下来像诺沃克一样的腹泻、呕吐、虚弱的寒战和严酷。在 12-15 小时标记之前，连水都无法保持下降。腹泻和虚弱现在在 17 小时后仍然存在。

I ate in the morning around 9 and felt fine all day. My husband brought home the salad and despite my hesitation (it didn’t look very fresh), I ate it bc I was hungry.
