我在周日晚上（07/29）5 点 30 分左右去了鲍威尔-锯木厂百汇的所在地。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、巴拉科阿、平托豆、Queso、绿色莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。那天晚上晚些时候我感到不安，星期一早上我醒来时感到极度恶心、抽筋和腹泻。现在是星期二，尽管我感觉好多了，但我距离 100％ 还很远。我还有胃痛，离开家感觉不舒服。

我们在 7 月 29 日星期日下午 1 点 30 分左右在 Chipotle 吃饭。我们三个人吃了午饭，我们三个人都生病了。我吃了糙米、黑豆、sofritas、温和的莎莎酱、玉米和生菜。症状是腹泻、胃痉挛、到处都是疼痛、发冷很累。症状都在第二天早上开始。

7/29 星期日晚上和我妈妈、爸爸和姐姐一起在这里吃过。我有一个碗里装有 guac、鸡肉、fajita 蔬菜、pico de gallo（番茄）、热莎莎和萨尔萨佛得角。我妈妈有一个装有糙米、鸡肉、pico de Gallo 和玉米的碗。我姐姐有一个碗里装了 guac、白米饭、fajita 蔬菜、pico de gallo 和玉米。我的母亲、姐姐和我爸爸都分享了筹码和 guac。我的母亲、姐姐和我（但不是我的父亲）都在第二天（7/31）的午餐时间开始出现胃痛，包括胃痉挛、剧痛和腹泻。

I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, queso, corn salsa & cheese. i ate there Thursday, Friday & Sunday. Ordered the same thing each time. Stomach cramps had started Saturday, nausea & diarrhea on Sunday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

舞蹈队选拔赛结束后，我和女儿周六 7 月 28 日在俄亥俄州鲍威尔去了 chipotle。我们点了吃了。我在家的另一个女儿发短信给我，让我带上她的外卖。我回来排队了，然后回家了。吃完我的东西后不久我就出现了腹泻和胃痉挛。（Chips & Guak 和 Togo 碗的 1/2）
白米，斑豆，新鲜莎莎，玉米莎莎，酸奶油，生菜。还有筹码和 Guak。我在家里的女儿吃了她的，说她的肚子受伤了，感觉就像她的内心在燃烧。她还有腹泻和胃痉挛以及恶心。现在是 7 月 31 日星期二，我们俩还感到恶心。跑下来疲惫的一周胃痉挛跑到洗手间。

I ate a burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, peppers/onions, tomatoes, corn, green salsa, lettuce and cheese. This was on Sunday 7/29 at around 1:30pm. The following day (Monday) I had diarrhea all day (and still do).  | 症状: 腹泻

周日晚上大约晚上 6 点 10 分左右（29 日）我和我丈夫吃了 Chipotle。他那天晚上开始感到不适（可能在 8 点左右），整夜都出现冷汗和恶心。他的胃部不适、寒冷的咒语、恶心、疲劳和关节疼痛。它最终没有升级为呕吐，但是在过去 36 个小时里他一直在睡觉。他排了鸡肉、糙米、奶酪、生菜、黑豆、玉米莎莎和奶酪的大便。他还吃了几口奶酪墨西哥饼（卷饼壳和奶酪）。但是，我吃了几乎同样的东西，没有切断症状（碗里有鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、玉米、奶酪生菜）。

星期五晚上，07-27-18，我和妻子都吃了鸡肉碗，里面有生菜、番茄莎莎、奶酪和酸奶油，还有薯条，没有鳄梨调味酱。星期六早上，我们都开始腹泻和严重抽筋。腹泻只持续了一天，但截至今天，即7月31日，抽筋仍在继续。
