Went to Chipotle, had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, mild and medium salsa, corn, sour cream on the side, cheese, and lots of lettuce.

Steak was pretty rare, but thought nothing at the time. Ended up vomiting, having severe nausea, and constant diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got food poisoning from here a year ago and recently tried giving it another try. I got it again. I got their chicken bowl with brown rice salsa sour cream and cheese. I used to eat here all the time until I got food poisoning and become really ill for a days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
