Went to Mike's drive in in Milwaukee, OR for lunch last Saturday. Got sick next morning. Didn't eat anything else that could have caused it. Had a dry kid's cheeseburger and small vanilla shake. Loose stools and terrible nausea, no fever or actual vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Came into the SHake shack outside of the KOP mall at 1030 on Friday. Order a double smoke shack, the cheese and peppers were dead cold. I ate it, and the next morning was throwing up. I hadn’t eaten anything since 11 am that Friday before the shake shack.  | 症状: 呕吐

I had lunch yesterday at Shake shack and had the smoke burger- I didn’t have any breakfast so I’m certain it was that. About 2 hours later I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea, I couldn’t keep any water in my stomach all night and had severe stomach cramps. Very unimpressed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Got the sonic shake up deal it took longer to get my shake...well it was for my 12 year old... she said it tasted weird and asked me to try it after swallowing i tasted soap immediately. Withing 1 hour my daughter is throwing up she has only thrown up once her whole life! Im so mad  | 症状: 呕吐

下午 5 点之后，我星期一（1/6/18）去了 Checkers 吃晚饭。我从他们的菜单上购买了我最喜欢的东西（辣鸡肉三明治餐）和一大块香草奶昔。吃三明治时没有什么突出的，但我确实注意到薯条的味道很奇怪，所以我决定不吃完。大约 2 1/2 小时后，我经历了消化不良，然后变得非常生气。去洗手间之后，我以为一切都很好；不幸的是我错了。煤气还在继续，所以我决定只是躺在床上看看是否会通过。星期二上午 12:30 左右，我醒来时有呕吐的冲动。我在浴室里呕吐了几分钟，同时也有腹泻。之后我感觉好多了一点，决定回去睡觉。这种感觉并没有持续很长时间。我在凌晨 4 点 30 分又醒来，渴望再去一次。这次去洗手间要糟糕得多，我感觉非常虚弱。我无法照顾自己或我 2 个月大的宝宝。我现在已经正式吃完快餐了。我的生日是从食物中毒中恢复过来的。发生这种情况后我已经超过 24 小时没吃东西了。我现在正在使用抗生素（这已经帮助了很多东西）让我重新团结起来。
