Order extra sour cream on a grilled stuft Nacho. By 5 am that night/morning I was throwing up all the contents of my stomach. this proceeded to last all day as well as extremely watery and frequent diarrhea. Looks like I'm off taco hell for a good long time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

May 21 btwn 3:30 to 11:30 pm chicken borrito bowls: brown rice, corn, black beans, pinto beans cheese, sour cream. Stomach ache about 4 hours later...vomiting (on busy U.S.23) later that night...diarrhea for 2 days so far. I'm done with chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

[2015 年 5 月 18 日] 我和我的一个朋友去斯科茨代尔路/托马斯的奇波特尔吃午饭。我点了一个侧面有玉米饼的碗，配料：鸡肉、两种豆类、米饭、辣椒片、生菜... 基本上除了红辣椒和鳄梨调味酱之外的所有食材。我的朋友点了我所做的所有东西，除了酸奶油和蛋白质，他得到了索菲塔而不是鸡肉。碗没关系，不是很好。太多的东西，可能是豆汁，使它变得粘糊糊，酸奶油有点温暖。我们吃完饭后回到工作岗位。晚餐时，我吃了一碗麦片，格兰诺拉麦片和玉米棒。[2015 年 5 月 19 日] 大约凌晨 1 点 30 分醒来。用厚厚的毯子盖住自己，还在冻结。在室温 77â° 内。口腔温度计 101.1°。症状：发烧（发冷和潮热），头痛，腹胀，胃部不适，腹泻和恶心。整天感到不安，想呕吐。[2015 年 5 月 20 日] 感觉好些，有点不安，有些腹胀和腹泻。[2015 年 5 月 21 日（今天）] 胃部不适和大量腹泻。上午 6:00-7:00 左右开始。厕所看起来像一个犯罪现场，在那里有几个粪便被屠杀。

Had a bowl with steak, brown rice, pinto beans, hot salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, & guac. I had water to drink. 25 minutes later, nausea. I've had loose, watery diarrhea ever since. This has happened before at the same place.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I hadn't eaten in hours and I went to Taco Bell at 10:30 PM where I ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes and 1 double decker supreme both without sour cream and cheese. They got the order wrong and gave me cheese and no tomatoes. Later that night my body woke me up to vomit.  | 症状: 呕吐

Thursday March 26th I ordered a burrito with sofritas, white rice, corn salsa and lettuce with sour cream. My wife got the same burrito except chicken instead of sofritas. About 8-9 hours later I awoke with severe nausea and headed to the bathroom where began violently vomiting… 更多
