I had a steak bowl with lettuce — only thing i ate the entire day and immediately started becoming violently ill 1-2 hours after consumption. Never have felt so sick in my life!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I dined there on Thursday night around 8pm. Ordered a steak bowl that included pico de Gallo and lettuce, brown rice, black beans, and cheese. A couple hours later I started to have flu-like symptoms and body aches. I ran home and threw up about 3 times.… 更多

I had a steak bowl and Guacamole with chips around 7:30pm and my symptoms started around 8:25pm. First I had severe nausea and cramps which led to vomiting and Continuous diarrhea throughout night/morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

They both had steak. One was steak bowl. Other steak burrito, Ate dinner. Both husband and daughter has steak. One burrito bowl with white rice corn steak sour cream cheese guacamole. Other burrito with same ingredients. About 5 hours later both were experiencing diaherra. Nausea chiils  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战
