我吃了半只鸡半牛排沙拉，吃完 4-5 小时后我开始出现胃胀/痉挛和腹泻的症状。今天早上醒来后，我睡了 10 个小时后感到非常疲倦，寒冷/温度为 100.5。现在我非常疲倦，很久没吃东西了，发烧了，胃痉挛仍然存在。

我和我的朋友 8 月 26 日星期四去了 Appleeebees。我们有马苏里拉棒，我们每个人都有一个草莓玛格丽塔，我有西南牛排沙拉，她有鸡肉法吉塔包裹。
我们吃完一小时后，我开始感到恶心，真的很恶心。早上大约 1 点钟，我开始感到出汗，发冷，无法呼吸，我感到非常头晕。在我起床之前，我开始到处扔东西。我感觉太恐怖了！第二天我的朋友打电话给我，告诉我那天晚上晚些时候她也有多棒。
