Not sure 2 sick. 4 hours after eating one adult had severe nausea, vomiting, chills, fever. Approximately 6 hours after eating another adult had nausea, chills. They had wine, tapas with meat and salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 寒战

如果西班牙小吃在 19 年 9 月 29 日来到这里，最后不得不把菜送回去，因为它们很冷而且煮得不好，其中一个盘子上有头发，连女服务员都说她不会吃。我是我们派对中唯一一个有大虾的人，星期一我醒来的时候我无法停止上厕所，这演变为胃痉挛和发烧之类的症状，我不得不请假。

I had the Tapas box on the plane for dinner. The United flight I was on last night - someone complained of the smell of barf before taking off. And the flight attendant provided bags of coffee to get rid of the smell, Flight departed Chicago at 6:30  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我们四个人吃了晚饭，第二天都醒来呕吐、恶心和发烧/发冷。我们分享了我们订购的所有西班牙小吃风格的盘子，还有 4 个人的甜点碗。这是一家拥有米其林星级的漂亮餐厅。他们提供的东西使我们食物中毒。我们确实通知了餐厅，他们告诉我们，由于我们没有粪便样本，也没有去看医生，他们不会考虑这份报告。实际上，食物并没有进入身体的那个方向-我们都把所有东西都吐出来了。那也是圣诞节前夕，所以他们没有医生。遗憾的是，他们没有认真对待这份报告。
