大约在 12 月 17 日中午，我订购了一个小鸡肉玉米饼汤。我整天没有其他东西可以吃。到了晚上 6 点，我已经大量呕吐了。我的症状一直持续到第二天早上。我有腹泻、发冷、出汗以及所有的身体无力。那是我一生中最痛苦的痛苦。现在一天后我还没能吃东西，但是慢慢开始感觉好些。

我在 2016 年 12 月 10 日下午 6 点左右订购了墨西哥卷饼碗。碗里有玉米饼、白米饭、黑豆、牛排、鸡肉、酸奶油、番茄、生菜和奶酪。在吃完它的 6 个小时内，我在半夜醒来时满头大汗，感觉很虚弱。我决定试着把它睡下来。但是当我早上 9 点左右再次醒来时。我吐了两次，仍然感觉虚弱，出汗很大，而且有 diahrea。
