早上吃了我通常吃的标准燕麦片和茶。然后我去办公室附近的 Chipotle 快点吃东西。大约 3 小时后，我身体全身都有虚弱，头痛，所以我怀疑食物中毒。两个小时后，当我在回家的路上时，我有一种要呕吐的冲动，在乘坐公共汽车时经历了发烧和光线，但是没有呕吐和昏厥。之后我醒来了我的公共汽车站 2 站后，我走回家然后呕吐。然后我傍晚上睡觉，在我的脚和手都很冷的地方体验寒冷。我也头痛使我无法在腹泻的情况下保持直立姿势。第二天我经历了身体疼痛。自 Chipotle 以来我已经有 32 小时没吃过。这是在周一下午 1 点左右订购的时候发生的，今天是星期四，尽管我的胃口昨天恢复了，但我仍然感到头痛。
