Around 1:00 a.m. saturday, I went into the mcdonalds in the walmart and ordered a #4 (buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich). This was my first time ordering this sandwich from them. After I finished, probably 2-3 hrs later, I constantly had to use the bathroom and my stool… 更多

I got my daughter a large fry. I ate a couple and thought they tasted a little off but thought maybe it was cause I had just had some ice cream before the two fries I tried. Now my daughter is up puking nothing but the fries.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Earlstown McDonald’s in Newton-Le-Willows, ordered 20 chicken nuggets about 1 hour 30 - 2 hours I started to get stomach cramp and sickness. Sickness occurring all through the night and is still occurring now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

snack wrap in Ipswich 2 Hening Ave, IP3 9QJ, at 12am I began to feel nauseated and and started to vomiting. MacDonalds was all I had eaten that evening (from 3pm)  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
