Bought a turkey chili. After the last bite severe stomach cramps started and then diarrhea. Induced vomiting until stomach was empty and felt better. I’m pretty sure the chili was old. It smelled funny when I removed the cover but I didn’t think too much of it… 更多

Went to the Block 37 location around noon on 10/4 with a coworker. Both ordered the chicken caesar asiago salad. Not even 10 minutes after eating both felt very nauseous and stomachs would not settle. I have had the exact salad several times before at this same… 更多

Vegetable soup has sand/grit, as if the veggies weren't washed. I also had meat sandwiches. My symptoms started about 30 hrs after eating an ABP-catered lunch, and I can't think of any other food that could have been the culprit.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I brought a protein salad around 6pm on feb.1,2018... The salad had spinach, chicken, egg, bacon, feta cheese and lite ranch dressing... I started feeling sick around 12am... Stomach was sore and started feeling nauseous... By 7am I started using the bathroom... and I'm very nauseous now...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

在市场街（自由广场）的 au bon pain 吃了午餐，然后吃了预制的鸡肉鳄梨 cobb 沙拉。那天晚上 10 点左右，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛、胃部感觉非常沉重和极度腹泻。几个小时后我开始呕吐，然后继续腹泻到上午。我发烧了，身体疼痛要启动，无法保持任何药物或水。第二天中午左右我开始感觉好多了。

Terminal C at Dulles is undergoing a lot of renovations (bringing in new restaurants, etc) and apparently they are having some Air Conditioner problems throughout the terminal because there were portable air conditioner machines all over the place. 我在上午11点左右吃了西兰花奶酪汤。我几乎立刻开始觉得 “有趣”。我的上腹部疼痛在30分钟内就开始了。疼痛以增量不断恶化。我在下午 2 点 30 分离开工作岗位，担心我会及时回家以防止我因痛苦而开车。我回家了然后开始呕吐。胃痛变得越来越严重。有一点腹泻。痛苦变得无法忍受。如果我儿子带我去急诊室。经过血液和尿液检查，他们诊断出我患有胃肠炎。当我告诉他们汤的时候，他们说可能是罪魁祸首是那汤。两天后，我还在服用抗痉挛药、止痛药和抗生素。我打算和 Au Bon Pain 的管理层谈谈。
