Ordered the sweet pork salad. I've seen them fill their station with fresh product over old product. Health code is to put old product on top of new product (first In first out) to avoid eating product that has been sitting on the bottom for who knows… 更多

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, rice, black beans, everything on it. A couple of the pieces of lettuce looked sketchy but I didn't eat them. I had one bite of my son's tortilla soup, but he didn't get sick. I'm thinking it was probably the lettuce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
