I ordered a grilled chicken salad, rice, black beans, everything on it. A couple of the pieces of lettuce looked sketchy but I didn't eat them. I had one bite of my son's tortilla soup, but he didn't get sick. I'm thinking it was probably the lettuce. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

嗨，我们通常总是来这家里约咖啡馆，因为它离我们家很近。最初来自里约咖啡馆起源的犹他州南部，从一开始就很喜欢它！好吧，2016 年 11 月 30 日，我丈夫因吃猪肉 barbacoa 卷饼而病得了极大的病。我一生中从未见过他有这么大的胃痛。胃痉挛、腹泻、大量出汗、恶心等...第二天他几乎无法工作，因为他不能离开洗手间。他通常从未生病，而且免疫系统非常强大。好吧，无论如何，我对此感到非常失望。在这件事发生之前我们去了那里，我的墨西哥卷饼里的米饭和豆子都没有完全煮熟，我不知道他们是否改变了任何食谱，但是每次我吃它都会伤害我的胃，而且从来没有用过。Bummer。

Ate chicken burrito and side lettuce with green dressing... After eating half, found something chunky in dressing... It was squishy and smelled disgusting... Now I'm hovering over toilet.... Vomiting up chunks of in digested lettuce and brown stuff for 20 mins now. | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
