我的男友在 11 月 17 日把 Chipotle 带回家。他以大约 3 便士的价格吃了一块切碎的牛肉沙拉配奶酪和蔬菜。下午 5 点半，他有一波恶心和出汗。30 分钟后，他整夜都在厕所里呕吐和腹泻。几个小时结束。晚上 9 点我们雇了一名静脉注射护士，他病得很重。补水极大地帮助了他，但即使在今天，他仍然躺在床上生病。今天没有呕吐，但他非常酸痛和虚弱。

10 月 27 日晚上 7 点半左右，我吃了鸡肉卷饼。第二天下午 1 点左右腹泻、恶心。第二天，发烧 102，发冷，严重的胃痉挛。万圣节去看医生时告诉我那只是胃流感，但我知道不是。到 11 月 3 日星期五，我仍然出现所有症状，然后去了 urgicare，在那里我收到了一袋静脉注射液、血液检查和粪便样本。结果第二天早上 11 月 4 日回来了 —— 我有 2 种细菌-弯曲杆菌和小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌，两种模仿阑尾炎症状的讨厌细菌。我可以选择服用 Cipro，但我选择了。截至 11 月 13 日，我终于没有腹泻了，能够回到高中课！！永远不要在 CHIPOTLE 吃东西！！
